Flat Fee Building on your Lot

Pricing

We will build your home on your lot for a Flat Fee.   This means you pay only the Actual Building Cost to build your home plus a Flat Builder Fee to Focus Homes to manage all phases of building your home.   We will seek competitive  bids from our trusted suppliers and contractors or we can use suppliers or licensed contractors of your choosing.  We will help guide you through the selection and budgeting  process in our showroom. The entire process is completely  transparent and  our quoted fee will not change if you choose to spend  more on your home as long as the plans don't change.   Our goal is the same as yours,  build a quality house at the lowest possible price.  We work to together to insure we meet that goal. 

Plans

We a have variety of plans to choose from or you can bring your own plans.   We can also work with you to have our architect or yours design  the home of your dreams. 

Process

All product selections are made prior to breaking ground so that you you may enjoy a stress free building process.   Focus Homes will manage all contractors and suppliers and will make frequent site visits to insure that your home is built to the highest standards.

Warranty

Every new home is covered by our comprehensive one year warranty on all materials and workmanship.
